REDCap system platform account application

REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture) is a set of clinical research electronic data acquisition system developed by Vanderbilt University Medical Center, which is used to build and manage clinical research databases. The system is still under development and improvement, with updated versions every month. It is freely licensed for use by non-profit institutions. It has been used by more than 3,700 hospital research centers in 131 countries as a data collection tool. The Redcap software license was obtained in August and the website construction was assisted by the Library Information Office in September 2019.

REDCap account application process:

Step1: Click "Apply for Account" or scan the QR Code above to fill out the application form.

Step2: Fill in the information in the [REDCap Account Application Form] ("*" is a required field)

Please provide your information [including the applicant's name (required for the planning research assistant), job title or student number, campus or college district, affiliated department, applicant email (confirmation of a valid e-mail address, account qualification review After completion, the system will send an account confirmation letter to this mailbox), contact phone or extension, and the name of the host of the project].

Step3: Submit the form and we will review the information as soon as possible.
